Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this 14-day period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Mattresses must be returned:

  • In a clean and undamaged condition,
  • Free from stains, odors, tears, or signs of excessive use,
  • With all original components (packaging and any included accessories).

Any product returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund.

3. Return Procedure

Before returning any product, customers must contact our customer service to receive return instructions and a prepaid return label.

👉 Return shipping is free and fully covered by the store.
A prepaid return label will be provided once the return request has been approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses showing signs of excessive use, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days,
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping fees are also refunded, unless the return does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

6. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
In such cases, the return, replacement, or refund will be fully covered by the store.
